🔄 Exchange and Return Policy
If the purchased product is found to be of inadequate quality, has a manufacturing defect, or arrives damaged/soiled, you may request a return within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt.
⚠️ Attention!
Products manufactured according to an individual order or custom design are not eligible for exchange or return.
✅ Conditions for Return or Exchange
To process a return or exchange, the following conditions must be met:
• the product has not been used;
• tags and labels are intact;
• original packaging is preserved;
• proof of purchase and accompanying documents are provided.
📦 Return or Exchange Procedure
- Contact us and inform us about your intention to return or exchange the product.
- Provide the shipment tracking number and payment details for the refund.
- After receiving and inspecting the product, within 5 business days we will:
• issue a refund; or
• exchange the product for another item.
❗ Return of Defective Products
If the product is defective or does not meet the declared quality standards:
✔️ notify us about your intention to return the product;
✔️ provide the shipment tracking number;
✔️ provide payment details for the refund.
💙 In this case, we will cover all shipping costs, fees, and transfer charges.
🚚 Return Method
Returns and exchanges are processed via Nova Poshta.
💳 Refund Method
Refunds are issued:
• to a bank card; or
• to the account used for the original payment.
⏱️ Refund processing time — up to 5 business days after the seller receives the parcel.
